Job Details and Description:

 

Wesser and Partner work on behalf of St John’s Ambulance to gain financial support from members of the public that will help them to continue with the hundreds of projects they undertake each year.

As said, currently we act on behalf of the UK's leading First Aid, transport and care charity - St. John Ambulance. Every year St. John Ambulance volunteers treat over 130,000 casualities as well providing a vast range of other care services and development programmes for children and young adults.

As a promoter, you will talk directly to individuals and try to gain their long term support by informing them about the regional and global projects accomplished by St John’s and for which they need continuous financial assistance.

You will use your winning personality, powers of persuasion and communication skills to sign up supporters who will continue to aid this organisation for many years.

For anyone wishing to become a fundraiser you should consider that the job has 3 aspects and, therefore, will enable you to gain 3 types of experience:

Promotion
- of the work of St. John Ambulance
Sales – Fundraising
- in trying to gain supporters and financial support
Team Work
– in working with a team of others, being successful and having fun

The people we are looking MUST;

-Have a valid UK work permit
-Are over 18 years of age
-Are able to work a minimum four weeks in a row
-AND 35 hours / week
-Are dynamic, communicative and friendly
