Student Jobs:
For one reason or another, more students than ever are having
to get jobs. The introduction of tuition fees will no doubt
further increase this trend. Whilst studying, many students know
they also have to work. However, with many university courses
lecturing for only a few hours a week, many students still have
time to get the ideal student jobs - and not be constrained by
the pressures of timetables.
Student jobs is a very broad term encompassing a whole range
of work possibilities. At UK Part-Time Jobs we have tried to
consider students in all aspects of job advertising - from
approaching companies that are "student friendly" to
finding work that can be done from a multitude of places.

What Sort of Student Jobs:
Conventional student jobs consists of bar work, agency work
and perhaps some some weekend work in a local retailer. There
are however a great number of different options, ranging from
the exciting, to the mundane but extremely well paid.
Field promotion work is becoming increasingly popular, with
many leading brands require promoters at short notice. Likewise,
fundraising is starting to get rid of the stigma that was
previously, and unjustly, attached to it. Not only is it well
paid, but can be fun, sociable and exciting as well.
More unconventional student jobs - life participating in
medical clinical trials, are also receiving a lot of media
attention and being bought to the attention of job
seekers. Please ensure that you have researched and job you go
for however!
