We are looking for staff on an ad hoc casual basis, shifts/hours dependent on events.
Main responsibilities include: Being the first point of call for all guests dealing with their requests efficiently and accurately, communicating with colleagues to ensure smooth delivery. Ability to remain calm during periods of high volume or unusual events, whilst remaining driven to complete your tasks. Taking orders, operating a till (including EPOS) and handling customer payments, including PDQ’s. Preparing and serving drinks in the correct disposable/reusable glassware & accompaniments for the beverage items being offered. Being able to make knowledgeable recommendations, proactively assisting guests with queries and upsell items to guests. Assisting with the set up and clear down of your area, ready for the next service. Replenishing stock in line with consumption and par levels. Ensuring all disposable/reusable glassware and tools are impeccably clean before use and ensuring all service areas are kept clean, tidy and safe. Comply with all company and unit policies with regards to Health & Safety, Allergens, profit protection, licensing laws, Hygiene, Manual Handling and COSHH.
