Constellation is a new approach to the management, recruitment and training of Compass’s staffing operation.
We are looking for talented Barista’s to work in one of our venues in York.
Hours/Days of work are varied on an ad hoc basis dependent on events.
General duties include;
Make and serve specialty coffee and tea beverages
Experienced in using coffee grinders
Speak and interact with both new and regular customers
Maintain a clean and sanitised work station
Follow health and safety guidelines
Follow recipes and presentations for food and beverage items
Be punctual and able to observe regular and consistent attendance
Contribute to a positive team environment
