HGV Class 2 Drivers with occassions Class 1 work – Doncaster – Ongoing Work All Year Round –742.70p/w – Immediate Starts!
Ignition Driver Recruitment are looking for HGV drivers in Doncaster to work for one ofthe leading logistics companies across the country, for their client,a supplier of kitchens and joinery provisions to the business trade.The unusual part about this job is that you will be driving a Class 2 vehicle most of the time, but will be required to drive a Class 1 from time to time, hence our recruiting for Class 1 drivers.
Being a HGV Driver:
- Driving an HGV – Class 2 mostly, but from time to time you will need to drive a Class 1
- Curtainsider work– deliveries throughoutthe UK
- Daily Vehicle Maintenance Checks
- Route and delivery paperwork completion
Shift times & working hoursof a HGV Driver:
- Monday to Friday working
- Start Times from06:00
- Regular ongoing work
PayRates for our HGV Drivers:
Days – 13.55
Nights – 13.55
Sat – 15.69
Sun – 17.93
The pay rate advertised is inclusive of holiday pay. PAYE with holiday pay accrued is also available.
742.70 per week10 hours per day working wed to sun at 18:00 starts

What do we need from you to be a HGV Class 1 Driver?
- Full HGV Class 1 driving licencewith a minimum 12 months experience
- 90 days tacho recorded driving in the last 280 days
- We will accept up to 6 points on your licence, but no DD, TT, DR, CD, IN endorsements
- Digi Tachograph Card &DCPC Card
- Completion of a driving assessment
