Job Description
Outbound calling in the evenings – calling lovely people who like great food! We love our customers and we are looking friendly, enthusiastic & passionate people with a clear speaking voice to call our customers, past and present to gently encourage them to place orders with us. Good persuasion skills and an abundance of charm are definitely a bonus!! No cold-calling involved. This is a sales role with a real focus on customer service and definitely not for the pushy! You will be paid on a commission-only basis and can earn anything from £5-£15 per customer and we expect you to achieve at least 3 sales during your shift although top performers regularly exceed 5 sales and can achieve over 10 on good evenings! Shift times are from 5pm-8pm Mon-Fri (some Saturdays may be available) and you can work as many or as little shifts as you wish, although we recommend working at least 2 shifts a week as your performance will improve the more shifts you work.
