| -14000 GBP Per Year PART TIME SHOP MANAGER £12,000 - £14,000 Stock Control:· Ensure that stock levels of all key uniform items are maintained· Order in new stock as required during the year· Process all new stock as it arrives in the shop· In the winter months meet with the shops main suppliers and place all the orders· Ensure minimal stock loss is maintained· Stock take twice per year(full time hours)· Use and maintain the shops computerised stock system Sales:· Ensure that customer needs are met and good service is given · Maximise sales by actively selling accessories etc. to customers· Promote sales by effective in-store visual merchandising.· Create and maintain attractive and seasonal window and shop floor displays· Fulfil internal sales as required within the organisation· Work to achieve /exceed sales budget targets as agreed annually. Administration:· Process Customer orders and returns· Check goods have been received· Calculate discounts if applicable for staff and discounted items· Total up invoices for suppliers· Produce a weekly sales report for the Financial Controller· Produce a monthly sales and stock valuation report · Twice a year a detailed shop report will need to be written up and presented at the Enterprise meetings· File invoices· Recruit and train 3 temporary summer staff each year General· Open and close/lock-up the shop on a daily basis· Be responsible for cashing up and putting money in safe each night· Keep the shop and back office clean and tidy at all times.
