| 7-7.5 GBP Per Hour We are recruiting Customer / Passenger Service Agents for the 2012 season at Stansted Airport. Shifts are variable in line with the flight schedules and are likely to range between 20 and 37.5 hours per week depending upon the flight schedules. Job duties will include: Reception of airline passengers Checking and processing of flight documents, passport and flight tickets Correct and accurate processing of passenger baggage Provision of excellent customer service Criteria Required: Before applying it is essential that you meet the following criteria, or your application will be rejected. No more than 4 jobs in the last 5 years Live within 40 minutes commuting distance to Stansted Airport Work shifts sometimes starting at 3.30 am Have previous customer service experience Have good PC skills Be able and happy to work part time hours Be flexible with the working hours (as these can be subject to change) No criminal record Benefits include: Full training Good rates of pay (+ overtime opportunities during busy periods) Free car parking Provision of uniform (A very smart appearance is essential for this position) Only online applications can be considered so please ensure that you submit your CV when completing your application.
