| 12000-20000 GBP Per Year We’re recruiting for an experienced, talented and creative part-time or full-time Stylist/Senior Stylist to join our salon and become an ambassador for our luxury hair brand. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 year’s experience in a similar high-end salon environment, be highly trained, and will love their craft.We’re looking for well-presented, friendly people, who have a passion & good understanding for the hair/fashion industry, and know what makes great, warm, friendly customer service.Skills & ExperienceMinimum experience NVQ Level 2 Hairdressing and willing to progress onto NVQ Level 3.The abilities of taking a client through a complete customer consultation journey, using this to identify the client’s wants, to educate them and to suggest your intentions creating a lasting/satisfied relationship for future retention.Strong communication skills; Stylist’s must show their strength’s of speaking clearly, confidently to clients & the ability to inspire/share idea’s to their peers.Upselling service & promotion of after-care products for home use (suggestion of a treatment & products essential to the individual client) re-booking and client loyalty services.We as a company are very brand proud, our dedicated PR & marketing team work alongside stylists by using their commercial awareness to stay at the forefront of customer service/satisfaction and this transpires with our high customer retention from word-of-mouth.
