About the Property Agent role

As a Property Agent, you will support both our commercial and residential operations. Your day-to-day responsibilities will be varied, fast-paced, and client‑focused.

Property Agent Key Responsibilities

Property viewings – Conduct and support commercial and residential viewings

Property inspections – Conduct routine inspections and reporting

Portal management – Maintain listings and ensure accuracy across all platforms

Client communication – Provide professional, timely updates to clients and applicants

Social media marketing – Support marketing efforts to promote properties and brand visibility

General administrative support – Assist with day-to-day office operations

Property Agent Qualifications

* Undergraduate degree in law/real estate/property management, or a related field preferred

* Experience in sales preferred

* Previous administrative experience is desirable but not essential; organisational skills are crucial

* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clients

* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently

* Professional and positive attitude to learn with a keen interest in real estate and customer service

* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

* Interest in commercial and residential property

* Comfortable using digital tools and social media
