The Role
Part-time Year 1 Teacher
Based in Rickmansworth
Payscale M1 – UPS3
Deliver engaging and creative lessons in line with the Key Stage 1 curriculum
Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
Monitor pupil progress and work collaboratively with colleagues and parents to support children's development
The Ideal Year 1 Teacher
Qualified Teacher Status
Experience teaching within Key Stage 1, ideally Year 1
Strong classroom management skills
Passionate about inspiring young learners in the education and training environment
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
