Contract: Full-time, Term Time Only | Long-Term
Salary: £95-£110 per day (Depending on experience and hours)

Tradewind Recruitment is working with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in the London Borough of Camden that is looking to appoint a Graduate Teaching Assistant for a full-time role starting in September 2026.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious graduate to develop their classroom skills while working alongside experienced teachers in a supportive school environment. You'll support pupils across EYFS, KS1 and KS2, delivering targeted interventions, assisting in lessons, and helping children reach their full potential.
The Role
As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will:
Support class teachers with the delivery of engaging lessons
Work with pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small intervention groups
Help children build confidence and make academic progress
Support pupils with SEND where required
Assist with classroom preparation and behaviour management
Gain invaluable experience ahead of teacher training or a career in education
The Ideal Candidate
The successful Graduate Teaching Assistant will have:
A degree in any subject
A genuine passion for education and supporting young people
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A positive, proactive and enthusiastic attitude
Experience working with children (through tutoring, mentoring, coaching, volunteering or schools) is desirable but not essential
