Are you available immediately and can commit to a long term temporary assignment in a Customer Service environment? Have you had previous Customer service experience eg within retail, hospitality or call centre? This is a fantastic opportunity to undertake work within a customer service environment, working for a firm who are growing rapidly. As a Customer Service employee you will work on the telephone and email and be polite and courteous at all times.

Salary: £12.71 p/h

Working Hours:

Training hours will be 9 to 5.30 in Morley head office for two full weeks. Once trained it will be working from home but compulsory office days are Tuesday and Wednesday.
The hours of work will be:

Monday to Friday 1pm to 7pm

Total = 30 hours

Duties will include:

Contract maintenance

Maintenance of the database, with daily analysis

Liaise with the Management Team regarding daily support activities

Liaise with internal and external support services to resolve daily issues affecting customers

Escalate issues in a timely and effective manner

Proactively support the business to customer delivery service

Provide enquiry resolution support to internal and external parties within targeted service levels

Distribution of daily activity reports to external service providers

Dealing with customer queries via webchat
Responding to customer emails
Building a strong customer rapport
General office administration duties as and when requiredWho we're looking for: The ideal candidate will be someone who can offer good customer service skills and previous experience within a telephone based customer service environment would be a benefit but not essential. If you can communicate effectively and empathise with customers, please consider these roles. You will have a high level of attention to detail, be competent with IT and have good written English.
