Support Worker – Supported Living
📍 Location: Knutsford, Cheshire
⏰ Hours: Various shifts available, including waking nights
📅 Contract: Shift basis
We are currently recruiting for Support Workers to join a supported living service in Knutsford, supporting both male and female adults aged approximately 29–85.
The service supports individuals with a range of needs, and we are looking for experienced, caring and reliable Support Workers who can provide person-centred support and promote independence.
Key Responsibilities

Providing person-centred support to service users within a supported living environment
*
Supporting individuals with their daily routines and promoting independence
*
Supporting people with complex needs and varying levels of support
*
Assisting with moving and handling where required
*
Following individual support plans and safeguarding procedures
*
Building positive relationships with service users and colleagues
*
Completing relevant records and documentation
About You
*
Previous experience as a Support Worker or in a similar care environment
*
Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities, complex needs or additional support needs
*
Relevant moving and handling training
*
Enhanced DBS or willingness to complete one
*
Full Right to Work in the UK
A range of shifts are available, including waking nights, and we can offer regular week-by-week work as well as last-minute cover.
