Gold Education Recruitment is working with a welcoming and supportive secondary school in Chelmsford, who are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Sports Coach to work as a Cover Supervisor, starting ASAP.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Sports Graduate, Sports Coach, PE professional, aspiring teacher, or someone with experience working with young people who is looking to gain valuable classroom experience and begin a career in education.
The Role
As a Sports Coach working as a Cover Supervisor, you will:

Supervise lessons across KS3 and KS4 using pre-prepared lesson materials.

Support students with their learning and ensure they remain focused and engaged.
*
Use your coaching experience to encourage positive behaviour, teamwork and motivation.
*
Manage classroom behaviour confidently and professionally.
*
Build positive relationships with students and staff.
*
Provide support and guidance to students during lessons.
*
Gain valuable experience working within a secondary school environment.
*
Be flexible and adaptable, covering a range of subjects when required.
