The Role
* Plan and deliver engaging lessons up to GCSE level
* Create personalised learning pathways for pupils with SEND
* Support students with complex needs and social, emotional and mental health challenges
* Foster confidence, independence and positive outcomes
* Work collaboratively with support staff and wider education professionals
* Champion inclusive learning and high aspirations for every learner
What We're Looking For
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS)
Experience working within SEND, alternative provision or specialist education settings
Strong behaviour management and relationship-building skills
A patient, resilient and nurturing approach
Passion for helping young people overcome barriers to learning
