Baristas needed for busy regular events!

We are looking for experienced and energetic Barista’s to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has a positive attitude, is passionate about the food and beverage industry and enjoys working with people. The Barista plays a key role in our energetic team of food and beverage enthusiasts who are driven to provide excellent customer service. You’ll have the opportunity to be part of a fun atmosphere where both customers and employees have a great experience that’s welcoming and engaging. A little more about the job: -Make and serve specialty coffee and tea beverages -Experienced in using coffee grinders -Speak and interact with both new and regular customers -Maintain a clean and sanitised work station -Follow health and safety guidelines -Follow recipes and presentations for food and beverage items -Be punctual and able to observe regular and consistent attendance -Contribute to a positive team environment Alongside some of these more general skill, good Baristas should possess: -Great communication skills -A happy, friendly personality -Customer service skills and knowledge -High level of attention-to-detail -Good level of literacy and numeracy -Enthusiasm to develop your skills and knowledge -Adaptable to change and willing to embrace new ideas and processes -Ability to work unsupervised and deliver quality work -Positive and approachable manner -Team player qualities
