We are looking for a motivated individual to work 30hrs a week from 4th November 2020 on a permanent basis. This will be an imediate start.

MAIN RESPONIBILITIES:Job Description Sales AssistantThe Sales Assistant represents the Company with clients. Is a professional in the sales of premium goods and puts his/her talent to the companyu2019s service and to the satisfaction and loyalty of every customer. Cooperates for reaching the qualitative and quantitative goals set in his/her the store. Greet and advise our customers aiming to achieve the highest customer satisfaction. Responsible of developing the sale Supplies for and maintains a high level of customer service Retain our customers Turns every touch point with customers into a positive situations, always promoting Brand image Executes the follow up of clients’ requests Cooperates with colleagues to create a positive atmosphere in the store andcultivates own performance level. Receives and displays the products according to the established procedures andguidelines. Actively contributes to teamwork Ensure the proper management of stock and inventories Manages claims (returns and exchanges) with the manageru2019s support Contribute to the cleanliness of the shop, constantly maintaining a tidy working place.

Qualifications

SKILLS REQUIRED FOR THE JOB: Fluent in English, both spoken and written. Other languages are a plus Excellent presentation and communication skills Excellent interpersonal and teamworking skills Aligned with Brand identity and detail – oriented Positive attitude about the company, organization, product … Pride in the art of selling with relevant experience Good stress management, flexibility and adaptability Excellent energy level, consistency and dynamism
