Dandara Living is recruiting a part-time Customer Service Advisor to join the Manchester branch of our build-to-rent division.

Hours per week – 18

Friday – 1pm to 7pm,Saturday – 7am – 1pm & Sunday – 1pm to 7pm

About the role

The successful Customer Service Advisor will be based on our Leodis Square development, consisting of 744 stunning apartments, you can read more about this here: https://(url removed)/developments/leodis-square

What you will do:

Book in and conduct apartment viewings; move-in appointments, inventories, inspections, and meter readings

Deal with, record and monitor all resident and guest enquiries ie maintenance issues, issuing keys/replacements, parking, noise complaints etc

Book and manage resident amenity spaces – keeping them tidy and presentable

Collate all legal paperwork before the move-in date eg Right to Rent / KYC Identification

Deal with incoming and outgoing post

Updating site-wide communications/residents’ portal as required

Assisting on open days and residential events

Carry security walks as and when required

What you will have:


Experience in a residential, hospitality or student accommodation environment


Flexible to suit the needs of the business

Experience using booking systems

Strong knowledge of legislation relating to chemicals and dangerous substances i.e. COSHH. risk assessments, H&S

Customer service, problem-solving, people and Microsoft office packages skills eg Word, Excel, and Outlook
