Periodontist – Winchester, Hampshire | 1–2 Days Per Month | 50% Private Fees
MBR Dental are currently assisting an independent dental practice in Winchester, Hampshire to recruit a Periodontist to join their team on a permanent basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Specialist Periodontist looking to develop a referral-based private caseload within an established, supportive practice. The successful candidate will manage periodontal referrals within the practice and benefit from modern facilities, an experienced dental team and 50% private fee split.
Position Details
* Permanent position
* Available immediately (notice periods considered)
* 1–2 days per month
* Flexible surgery space Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm
* 50% split on private fees
* Monthly pay with a 3-month notice period
* Existing periodontal referral opportunities within the practice
* Excellent long-term private earning potential
* Typical Periodontist earnings range from £90,000 to £200,000+ FTE, depending on workload and private income
About the Role
* Practice requires an experienced Periodontist
* GDC Registered Specialist Periodontist preferred
* Manage internal referrals for periodontal treatment
* Opportunity to build a specialist private referral caseload

Requirements
