Your schedule
You’ll be joining us at our Parkgate practice on Parkgate retail park in Rotherham.
With surgery available Monday – Thursday with extended opening hours Monday Thursday 2pm – 8pm. This role will be focussed around plan and private patients.

An active NHS Performer Number

GDC Registration

Valid indemnity insurance (5 million excess)
