This flexible and active role will put you right in the heart of the exhilarating event-day buzz with a great, supportive team of individuals.

Working Hours

Part-Time Shift Work, Paid Weekly. 

From £9 per hour, depending on role and experience. This role is flexible and you can choose when you work.

Role responsibilities

Daily tasks may include:

  • Being polite and friendly to all guests and colleagues

  • Good communication with chefs and managers

  • Ensuring correct set up and clear down of work units

  • Use of electronic tills and other systems as trained

  • Proactively assisting guests and upselling products

  • Escalating any customer complaints to the manager

  • Preparing and stocking up food items

Requirements

Previous experience preferred, but it is most important that you have:

  • The ability to remain calm during high-volume periods

  • Confidence when interacting with people

  • Excellent teamwork skills

  • Driven and dependable approach to work

  • Friendly, outgoing and welcoming personality

  • Good organisation and time management skills

As an active role, you must be comfortable with walking and standing during the majority of your shift.
