Pay Rates for Locums

EmRec pays locum doctors on a grade-based rate structure:

* FY1: £39.75 per hour

* FY2, CT1-3, ST1: £57 per hour

* ST2-6, Specialty Doctor: £72 per hour

* Consultant, Specialist, Associate Specialist grade: £118 per hour
