Salary – £11,351 per annum (£28,000 FTE) + benefits + on-call allowances
Location – Guildford
Full time – 15 hours per week (part time)

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll work as part of a dedicated team, supporting clients daily to resolve problems and achieve positive outcomes. Your role combines meaningful support work with practical housing management.

Your core responsibilities include:

Acting as keyworker to named clients, helping them live as independently as possible
Assisting clients to meet personalised support plans and access community services
Carrying out housing management activities including rent collection and tenancy management
Conducting risk assessments and health and safety checks
Reporting maintenance issues and ensuring client safety
What We’re Looking For

You’ll need passion and resilience to support and empower Transform clients to develop their independence and daily living skills. You should be able to develop non-judgmental, professional relationships with clients, have strong time management skills to deliver outcomes and meet deadlines, and be computer literate (Excel, Word, Outlook and the Internet). If you have relevant experience working with vulnerable people or transferable skills, we’d like to hear from you.

You must have a full valid driving licence and use of your own car for business purposes. An Enhanced DBS check is required before starting.
