About the Women in Technology & Engineering Insight programme
Our 3-day paid Women in Technology Insight programme is primarily aimed at women in their first year of university, (or second year if you’re on a four year programme) who want to discover more about a career in Technology & Engineering at KPMG. The programme will be run virtually on 29th June – 1st July inclusive and will be packed with practical takeaways and valuable insights for navigating your early career. We’ll give you an insider’s view into the range of industries we work in, our technology services, and the technologies we’re using – such as artificial intelligence, Cloud technology and machine learning. You’ll have the opportunity to network with inspirational women from our Technology & Engineering teams; via virtual skills sessions, talks from our Technology teams, a chance to virtually shadow a graduate and a virtual assessment day.

Training and development
As the Insight programme isn’t that long, your focus will be to ensure every second counts.
This programme is an opportunity to learn new skills, enhance your CV, learn about the world of work and, importantly, get your foot in the door of one of the leading professional services firms. And if you’re inspired by the time you spend with us here and go on to join us full-time once you’ve graduated, you’ll get access to exemplary training and development.
What we’re looking for:
You’ll need to be on course to achieve a minimum 2:1 degree in any discipline. See our specific Women in Technology & Engineering Insight programme page for further entry requirement details. We will, however, look at more than just your academic results and will also consider your strengths, values and motivations.
