What You’ll Be Doing:
* Supporting pupils with Autism, ADHD, SEMH and other additional needs
* Acting as a positive role model and trusted adult
* Helping students regulate emotions and engage in learning
* Delivering one-to-one and small-group support
* Encouraging participation, confidence, and personal development
* Using creativity and initiative to support individual learning needs
