From £12.71 per hour
We are currently working with a number of GP Practices across Manchester City Centre and the surrounding areas who are looking to recruit experienced Medical Receptionists to join their teams on a permanent basis.
Both part-time and full-time hours will be considered.
Requirements:
* Previous GP Surgery / Primary Care experience
* Knowledge of EMIS is essential
* Excellent communication and patient-facing skills
* Ability to work in a busy healthcare environment
Duties May Include:
* Greeting and assisting patients
* Booking appointments and clinics
* Managing telephone and email enquiries
* Care navigation and signposting
* Processing prescriptions and registrations
* General reception and administrative duties
