NHS Coordinator | Administration | Spire Elland | Part-Time | 10 hours per week
Spire Elland Hospital are looking for a NHS Coordinator to join their busy administration team on a permanent, part-time basis (10 hours per week) to support the department.
Duties and responsibilities:
– Providing excellent customer service and patient care
– Booking NHS patients into the hospital and managing referrals
– Liaising closely with the NHS team and wider hospital departments
– Monitoring appointment outcomes and breaches
– Handling patient queries over the phone and via email
Who we're looking for:
– Previous administration experience is essential
– Healthcare experience would be beneficial but is not essential
– Strong customer service and communication skills
– Confident telephone manner and good attention to detail
