The Opportunity
SANZA Teaching Agency is working in partnership with an outstanding primary school in Hackney to recruit a passionate and dedicated Primary Class Teacher to join their team from January 2027.

The Role
Your responsibilities will include:
Planning, preparing and delivering engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
Taking full responsibility for the teaching and learning of your class.
Assessing, monitoring and tracking pupil progress.
Differentiating lessons to meet the needs of pupils with varying abilities and learning requirements.
Establishing high expectations for behaviour, achievement and classroom engagement.
Creating a positive, inclusive and stimulating classroom environment.
Working collaboratively with colleagues, support staff and senior leaders.The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a committed and enthusiastic Primary Teacher who:
Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Has previous experience teaching within a primary school setting.
Has strong curriculum knowledge and effective lesson-planning skills.
Demonstrates excellent classroom and behaviour management.
Is confident supporting pupils with a range of abilities and additional needs.
Has high expectations for pupil progress and achievement.
Can build positive relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues.What's on Offer?
