Production Operative / Warehouse Assistant

We have a great opportunity for someone to join our small, young team at our Guildford HQ, initially working on the production side of our operations.

The ideal candidate would be:

• Great team player, energetic, dependable, punctual, and helpful.
• Organised and with a good eye for detail.
• Able to be on their feet for most of the day.
• No previous experience is necessary. Full training provided.

What does a Production Operative / Warehouse Assistant do?

• Gift box assembly
• Order fulfilment
• Marshalling Goods-In and Out
• General warehouse duties

We have a unique in-house training programme that encourages everyone to try and train-up in every aspect of our business, so even though you’ll be joining us in production, you will have the opportunity to try out other aspects as well. Each section mastered unlocks a payrise, so you are in control of your earnings as you progress within the Company. If you are looking for an entry into the exciting world of e-commerce this is a great opportunity, with an immediate start for the successful applicant.

The position requires 5 days per week, and we operate Monday to Saturday, so you could work Monday-Friday or Tuesday to Saturday, whichever you prefer.
