Responsibilities

Driving Sales and Exceptional Customer Experience

  • Achieve individual sales and KPI targets through delivering exceptional styling service to customers
  • Develop and maintain client relationships in line with company guidelines (deliver strong lookbook sales and conversion)
  • Demonstrate exceptional product knowledge and passion for Monica Vinader values and vision
  • Deliver in store services with confidence (eg: engraving and aftercare)

Setting an Example for the Team

  • Support junior team members to meet their individual targets and KPIs through providing on floor guidance and coaching
  • Comply with company policies and procedures at all times
  • Take the initiative to calmly and efficiently deal with Boutique tasks in a fast paced environment
  • Exceptional personal grooming and presentation

Delivering Efficiency

  • Supporting management team to deliver operational tasks (eg: stock takes, visual merchandising guidelines, stock deliveries)
  • Where required, confidently manage opening and closing procedures without supervision
