Get stuck in from the start
Working alongside our Virgin Media Business sales team, you’ll learn how to shape the kind of solutions our business customers want and need. While there is a clear sales element to the role, you won’t own any leads or close any deals. Instead, this is about understanding the business problem your client needs to solve and then finding a technical solution to match.

Build skills for the future
After starting off on simple accounts, you’ll develop the skills, knowledge and understanding you need to create transformational solutions for your customers’ businesses. By the end of the scheme, you’ll know how to:
• Manage key stakeholders
• Lead technical sales discussions
• Create customer design documents
• Calculate costs and assess risks

What we look for
Inquisitive, empathetic people who like asking questions, know how to listen and want to find out what makes customers tick. You must have a strong interest in technology. Some experience of sales would be useful too. You also need to combine a methodical approach with a willingness to be flexible when required.
