The Role
As a SEND Teacher, you will:
* Deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual learning needs
* Create a safe, nurturing and inclusive learning environment
Support pupils with a range of needs, including:
* Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC)
* Social, Emotional & Mental Health (SEMH) needs
* Communication and interaction difficulties
* Learning difficulties and associated needs
Work collaboratively with support staff, therapists and families
Develop personalised learning strategies that enable every pupil to succeed
Celebrate progress, no matter how big or small
What We’re Looking For
✔ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
✔ Experience working with SEND pupils, or a genuine passion to move into specialist education
✔ Strong classroom management and relationship-building skills
✔ Creativity, resilience and adaptability
✔ A commitment to achieving the best outcomes for every child
