Vehicle Maintenance Technicians
Location: Feltham area
Various Hours Available: Morning shift – 5am-1.30pm, Afternoon shift – 1.30pm to 10pm
Day shift – 8am-5pm
Salary: up to £52,499 base salary and OTE £58,499 (dependant on Level of tech certification)
About the Role
Our client is seeking a skilled and motivated Main Dealer Vehicle Maintenance Technician to join their dynamic team in their state of the art workshop. You will be responsible for maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing a wide range of models to the highest standards. This is an excellent opportunity for a technician who is passionate about automotive excellence and delivering outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform routine servicing, maintenance, and repairs on branded vehicles
* Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults using advanced diagnostic equipment
* Ensure all work is completed efficiently and in line with manufacturer standards
* Carry out vehicle health checks and report any additional work required
* Maintain accurate records of all work undertaken
* Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times
* Keep up to date with the latest technical training and manufacturer updates
Requirements
* Proven experience as an automotive technician or mechanic
* Experience working within a main dealer
* Relevant qualifications (e.g. NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance or equivalent)
* Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Full UK driving licence
Desirable Skills
* Experience with hybrid and electric vehicle systems
* Manufacturer training or certifications
* MOT Tester certification
