Watford FC- Team Leaders required for Retail and Concessions Stands.

Help us welcome back Watford to The Premier League!

We are looking for a team to deliver our retail and concessions offerings at Watford FC in their return to The Premier League. Being at the foreront of operations you will be the face of our service.

Duties include:

Assisting and Leading a team to:

-Serve beverages from the fast paced retail units in an orderly manner to manage ques and demand.

Keep service points safe and clean. 

Ensuring the set up and clear down of your area meets company standards and requirments.

Use of electronic tills

Proactively assisting guests with queries and upsell items to guests.

. Escalate any service issues to your area manager

Comply with all company and unit policies with regards to Health & Safety, Hygiene, Manual Handling and COSHH. Follow responsible alcohol service policies.

Work available every fixture throughout the season.
