Typical Duties
*
Answering incoming calls and responding to emails
*
Greeting visitors and providing excellent customer service
*
Managing diaries, appointments and meeting schedules
*
Data entry and maintaining accurate records
*
Filing, scanning and general document management
*
Preparing reports, correspondence and other administrative documents
*
Processing orders, invoices and purchase orders where required
*
Updating internal databases and CRM systems
*
Providing administrative support to managers and wider teams
*
General office administration and ad hoc duties as required
What We're Looking For
*
Previous administration or office experience is preferred
*
Excellent communication and organisational skills
*
Strong attention to detail
*
Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
*
Ability to prioritise workload and work independently
*
Professional and friendly approach
*
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
