Micro retirement, however, is something that some younger people such as Millennials and Gen Z are embracing. A work life balance situation where young people are working and then taking extended breaks to pursue passions and leisure activities while they are young.
Naturally, this way of working and living comes with pros and cons and it isn’t a route that is suitable for everyone to take.
To find out more and to see if this way of living and working might suit you, read more about the pros and cons of micro retirement so that you can make an informed decision.
